6. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule services up to 24 hours before the scheduled date without incurring charges. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
6.1 No-Shows
In the event of a no-show, the Client may be charged the full service fee.
7. Liability
While we exercise utmost care during the clearance process, the Service Provider is not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage to property.
- Loss or damage to items not explicitly listed as the Client’s responsibility.
- Accidental damage beyond our control.
7.1 Insurance
